Branch Lending Nationwide

As a net loan officer looking for a working opportunity to lend in a maximum number of states and communities nationwide, achieving that target goal as a company can take a significant amount of time and capital. The process of licensing and branch placement requirements can be cumbersome and expensive process.

At present we offer you the capability to lend in 30 states and another 10 states we are pending licensing approval. Our goal is by year end 2008 to have the capability of lending in all 50 states, however, we have covered all of the major markets at present.

As a branch, lending nationwide can be a great tool. However, each branch must be properly licensed in every state, as must each loan officer where state law requires. If you're originating loans without licensing, you are inviting catastrophe to your mortgage career. Don't do it! A part of our job is to insure we and you are properly licensed to lend within the states you feel are important to your business strategy. We can work together to ensure you are in compliance and making lots of money.
